Shipping Policy

All prints are made to order.

Please allow 7–14 business days for production from the date your order is placed. Once your print is completed, it will be shipped promptly.

Shipping Options

Northwest Shipping (ID, WA, OR, MT)
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from ship date

United States Standard Shipping (Flat Rate)
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days from ship date

Total Delivery Time

Because each piece is made to order, total delivery time may range from approximately 10–22 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking and Carriers

Orders ship via UPS or USPS.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please Note

While we do our best to meet these timelines, carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Damaged Shipments

If your print arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item, save all packaging materials, and keep your tracking number. This information is required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

After documenting everything, please carefully inspect your print. In some cases, outer packaging may be damaged while the print inside remains unharmed.

If your print is damaged, please contact us and we will assist you with next steps.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

Incorrect Address

If a customer enters the wrong address, you don’t want to eat that cost:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Production Variations

Due to differences in screen displays and printing processes, slight variations in color and appearance may occur.

Return / Refund 

Because all prints are made to order, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
