Fine Art Purchases:
Thank you for supporting Buffalo Dreams Studio and choosing to bring my artwork into your home or workspace. It is genuinely an honor to have my work collected and displayed in your space.
Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, sizing decisions, or ordering mistakes.
Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.
If the shipping tube or packaging appears damaged, please photograph it before opening. In many cases, the artwork may still arrive safely intact.
After opening, inspect the piece carefully.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of:
- Outer packaging
- Artwork
- Shipping label
- Tracking information
We will review the issue and assist with a replacement claim if appropriate.
Carrier Damage Claims
When damage occurs during transit, documentation may be required in order to pursue a claim with the shipping carrier.

Thank you for considering Buffalo Dreams Studio for your project. Every service engagement is approached with care, preparation, and a commitment to delivering meaningful creative work.
Because services involve reserved time, planning, expertise, and custom deliverables, service purchases are non-returnable and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits & Retainers
Deposits or retainers required to reserve project dates, consultations, production time, or creative services are non-refundable.
Completed Services
Payments made for completed services—including consulting, photography, creative direction, licensing, installations, or custom project work—are final and non-refundable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If a scheduled project must be postponed, rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability and project status.
If a project is canceled after work has begun, any fees for completed work, planning time, travel, or expenses incurred remain non-refundable.
Custom Work & Deliverables
Because creative services are tailored to each client, completed concepts, consultations, planning materials, edits, and custom deliverables are not eligible for return or refund.
